Pole dance routine

This course is divided into different levels and each 8 week course is composed of 7 classes with a performance evening at the end. You will learn a routine to a song with tricks according to your level then have a chance to choose a costume, invite some friends to watch and show them what you have learnt. After you have successfully completed a level you may graduate to the next. But no need to worry, if you feel you aren't confident to move to the next level, you may repeat the same level. We will rotate routines so you will not repeat the same routine twice in a row! You will learn how to execute pole tricks, dance in heels gracefully, enhance your self -confidence while having a fantastic whole body workout! Heels & kneepads with grip are required for this course.

Exotic Pole

This course is composed of 7 classes with a performance at the end. It is comprised of mainly floorwork and dance skills with basic spins and is suitable for all levels as there are no inverts or climbs. You will learn to execute simple pole spins, how to dance gracefully and sensually in heels, enhance your self -confidence while having a fantastic whole body workout! Heels and kneepads, leggings or leg warmers are required for this course.

Pole Open Tricks

This course can be taken on a monthly basis as it is comprised of only pole tricks, transitions and technique. All levels may join this course as the instructor will assist you with executing and improving your technique on the pole.
If you are taking a routine class then it is advised you join a level graded tricks class that coincides with your level so that you can learn a wider variety of tricks & get the extra time and help that you need with your routine combos.
If you require individual help or have a request for a specific move, this is the class for you! No heels are required for this course.

Strength & Conditioning Ayesha Class

Pre - requisites - be able to invert confidently.
This class will prepare your strength and work on technique for Ayesha, Handsprings, Muscles up, Brass Lifts and other strength tricks.
If you already can do some of these tricks, this is the perfect class for you to work on the next level up from these tricks.
If you cannot yet achieve these tricks, this class will start with conditioning exercises to achieve these tricks and build up a solid foundation.

Chair dance

This course is composed of 7 classes with a performance at the end and is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their fitness level, build up strength and enhance their fluidity and elegance whilst dancing using the chair. Dance skills such as body movement, body isolation and sensuality is incorporated into the course. Heels & kneepads are required for this course.

Stretch & Flexibility

This class is suitable for those who are struggling with flexibility or would like to strengthen and stretch tense muscles including office syndrome. You will spend the lesson working on your active flexibility to attain splits, overspills, middle splits and backbends. Techniques for stretching including conditioning and strengthening muscles whilst stretching, and preparing your flexibility for the pole and other dances.
This class is suitable for everyone. Leggings, pole wear or sports wear are preferred for this class.

Chair & Pole

This course is composed of 7 classes with a performance at the end. You will learn a feminine choreography to 1 song with dance elements & transitions between the pole, chair & floor. You will learn basic dance plastics with some simple pole spins and tricks.
Suitable for a all levels
Leggings, kneepads and Pleaser heels are required for this class.

Strip Plastic

This course is composed of 7 classes with a performance at the end. This class is for those who enjoy dance, choreography & want to get fit without using the pole. Maybe you would like to take an additional class to improve your dance plastics, body isolations and movements or you feel that pole isn't for you, then this class is absolutely perfect. You will dance femininely and learn a routine over the 8 weeks and still get fit, improve your cardio and core strength. Leggings, kneepads & Pleaser heels are required for this class.

Pole Grooves

This course is composed of 7 classes with a performance at the end & choreography is designed by our instructor Mandy with her unique style.
You will learn a short choreography to a routine with a combination of spins & floor work & performance skills.

Shibari workshop

Our monthly Shibari workshops are suitable for beginners and in each workshop we will learn different ties & safety procedures. If you're looking to start from basics, learn some new ties or add onto skills you've learnt, these workshops are suitable for you and welcome to join once or on a monthly basis.
